analyze existing business processes and actively contribute to their further development and optimization
support and drive consulting projects with a strong focus on data integration, data management, and data processing
translate product management requirements and solution concepts into detailed specifications, project documentation, and implementation plans
plan, design, and facilitate customer meetings and workshops
take end-to-end responsibility for budget tracking and schedule adherence throughout project execution
act as a trusted expert and interface between customers and internal development teams

have initial professional experience in IT consulting, software projects, or the aviation industry, ideally with exposure to project management
have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex technical and business-related topics
bring a customer-oriented mindset with a clear focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions
demonstrate excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive, solution-driven attitude
communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken
have a strong interest in Business Intelligence, data management, and aviation-related topics

analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und wirkst aktiv an deren Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung mit.
unterstützt und steuerst Beratungsprojekte mit starkem Fokus auf Datenintegration, Datenmanagement und Datenverarbeitung.
übersetzt Anforderungen aus dem Produktmanagement sowie Lösungskonzepte in detaillierte Spezifikationen, Projektdokumentationen und Umsetzungspläne.
planst, konzipierst und moderierst Kundentermine und Workshops.

bringst ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit und kannst dich schnell in komplexe technische sowie fachliche Themen einarbeiten.
hast eine kundenorientierte Denkweise mit klarem Fokus auf praxisnahe und qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen.
überzeugst durch sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten in Kombination mit einer proaktiven, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
hast ein starkes Interesse an Business Intelligence, Datenmanagement und luftfahrtspezifischen Themen.
